All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is made especially for you after your order is placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

India: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may cause delivery delays. Soft Era is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
